Giselle Lambert offers a friendly flow yoga class suitable for all levels, beginner through advanced, at 6 p.m. Thursdays in June.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Free will donation to support Tsalteshi youth programs.
Certified yoga instructor Giselle Lambert completed her 200-hour training through Anchorage Yoga and has additional training in restorative yoga and myofascial release and is pursuing somatic practitioner certification.
